Beverages 

The only beverages we recommend is Kombucha $4.50: The worlds oldest and most popular non alcoholic beverage, and we believe the healthiest beverage for you. Great for digestion, detoxifying the liver, and natural energy. If you want more energy during the day at your office or work try Kombucha! It will give you more energy than coffee, and will help you avoid that afternoon slump. Also, instead of that after work drink why not try Kombucha?!

6 bottles minimum order along with your minimum order for food delivery ($60 minimum for food delivery).

You could place the minimum order just the way it is on the sample menu and you would then receive four main dishes(Falafel Snack, Buffalo Soy Chicken Wrap, Quinoa with Grilled Vegetables, Falafel Tray), four side dishes (Lentil Rice, Mediterranean Quinoa, Marinated Mushrooms, wheat toubly), and four salads (Garden Patch Salad, Hearts Salad, Red Cabbage Coleslaw, Oriental Salad). Your cost for these twelve items will be: $78.80

Every individual has a different capacity for the amounts of food that he or she can eat or has been eating. All of our dishes consist of items that are 100% fiber rich. The standard American diet consumed by most individuals generally contains very little fiber, which is one of the reasons why most people have one or more health problems. So we suggest that you experiment with different amounts of food and different dishes from our menu to find out how these 100% fiber rich dishes will affect you as far as how much food you need to eat to become satisfied. For some of you this amount of food could last a week or ten days, or if you are a 250lbs athlete it may only last you three or four days. If you want to make the meals more exciting or make sure you have enough food, you can order one or more of the specialty items, which are very delicious. You could use the roasted pepper hummus as an additional dip for the falafels or marinated mushrooms, or a sauce over the tabouly or additional sauces for the other main or side dishes and salads. Your total cost would then be $84.70. If you order the minimum order of Kombucha, six bottles, (6 x $4.50=$27) your total will be $111.70. Have fun with your food, think positive, and watch your health and life improve. Since we deliver six days a week, if it looks like you are going to run out of food and you want more, place an order.

You must give three days notice and the orders are not cancelable because the food is made to order. 

Additional Ordering Information:

1. If you have any issues regarding allergies or certain foods that you are not able to eat please notify us by email before ordering.

2. At the present time we are not offering breakfast items or desserts, though we will be providing desserts in the near future. While you are experimenting with different amounts and combinations with our food items, you could use leftovers and entire items as a breakfast item and/or snack.

3. Whole fruits can be used as a breakfast, dessert or snack.

4. We suggest that it might be a good idea for you to, depending on your age, present diet, and existing health conditions, gradually increase the addition of our menu items to your diet.
